The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme Dr. Dennis Otuaro, has met with the Elder's Council for consultation. According to Dr.Otuaro he said, attention will be given to every angle in the programme.


The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Dr. Dennis Otuaro, has announced his intention to appeal to Mr. President for increased funding for the programme. This decision comes after the budget for the programme was reduced by half, potentially impacting its effectiveness.

Speaking further, the Administrator of the Amnesty Programme, has stated that only delegates who are qualified to study professional courses will be sent abroad for studies.The decision comes while meeting with the elder's council in the Niger Delta region.
