PAP Will Be Restructured To Standard Level, Says Dr. Dennis Otuaro.

Dr. Dennis Otuaro, the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), has announced plans to restructure the programme to a standard level. This move aims to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the programme, ensuring it better serves the needs of its beneficiaries and the Niger Delta region.

Otuaro promised to capture stakeholders and work towards achieving sustainable peace and security in the Niger Delta region

He urged stakeholders to unite and collaborate with the agency to deepen the impact of the amnesty programme.

Ex-agitators in the Niger Delta struggle commended Otuaro for directly engaging with stakeholders.

The Ijaw Publishers' Forum Worldwide reaffirms its unwavering support for Otuaro as the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.

The call for a Vote of Confidence to be passed on Chief (Dr.) Dennis Otuaro (PhD.) by Chief Boro Opudu.

The call was heeded by third Phase Coordinator, Delta State, who Moved the motion for a Vote of Confidence on the Chief (Dr.) Dennis Otuaro Presidential Amnesty Board. The ensuring voice vote favoured the affirmative after Former IYC President Barr. Oweilame, Seconded the Motion.

This move is a positive step towards ensuring the Presidential Amnesty Programme achieves its goals and makes a lasting positive impact in the Niger Delta region.
