PAP Head Of Administration Visits Delta/Edo Liaison Office In Warri. Call For Unity

The Head of Administration of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP, Mr. Zorab Monday on Monday the 15th July, 2024, paid an official visit to the Delta/Edo States Liaison office of the PAP located in Warri, Delta State.

Mr. Zorab Monday who was warmly received by the Manager of the Delta/Edo Liaison Office, Captain Presley Prebor, and the Assistant Manager, Prince Seleakpo Botu, was highly impressed by the coordination of the staff members despite the impromptuness of his visit.

He went on to admonish the staff members to continue to display such level of coordination, commitment and seriousness in the discharge of their statutory duties. While emphasizing on the importance of working in unison, showing respect for one another, being punctual at work, and establishing a mutual working relationship with one another.

The Head of Admin also stressed on the significance of learning from one another, which he said will further enhance the overall productivity and workplace harmony amongst staff.

Additionally, the Manager of the Office, Capt. Presley used the opportunity to present to the Head of Admin, a list of requirements needed in the office to aid a smooth working process.

He highlighted the need for a larger office space, stating that the current space has become too small to accommodate the increasing number of employees. As such, appeals for the provision of a more larger office space.

Furthermore, Capt. Presley after the presentation of the list of requirements to the Head of Admin, took him on a tour round the facility, in order to ascertain the level of improvement needed for the effective and smooth running of the office.

He also used the avenue to introduced the staff to the Head of Admin, with a remark that they all have been working efficiently to keep the office running.

Consequently, the visit of Mr. Zorab marks a significant step towards fostering a collaborative and efficient work culture within the Presidential Amnesty Programme.

The visit was concluded with the Head of Administration taking group photos with the Manager and Staff of the office.
