IPF Celebrates Dr. Otuaro on His Birth Anniversary

The Ijaw Publishers' Forum (IPF) warmly congratulates Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro, PhD, on his birth anniversary, describing him as a true son of Niger Delta region.

The media professionals described Otuaro as a leader with the best leadership approach to addressing Niger Delta challenges.

According to the group, his reforms have truly transformed the presidential Amnesty Programme PAP, adding that he is a divine gift to the region and Ijaw nation.
