Final Burial Rites for Late Agbereye Pa Disi N. Okiri Holds March 29 in Ayakoromo.

The family of the late Pa Disi N. Okiri, the revered Agbereye of Ayakoromo community and Ozubo Kare-Owei of Ayakoromo Federated Community in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State, announces the final burial rites of their beloved father.

Pa Disi N. Okiri, a devoted family man and respected community leader, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2025, at the remarkable age of 90 (1912-2010). The family invites friends, relatives, and well-wishers to join them as they celebrate his life and legacy.

He was survived by 7 children, 25 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.

In a statement signed by Mr. Garuba O. Disi for the children and Hon. Ebisinne Koffe Amasuoma for the family.

The families of the late Pa Disi N. Okiri, Agbereye of Ayakoromo community, announce the burial arrangements as follows:

Wake Keeping: Friday, March 29, 2025, at 6:00 PM till dawn, at his residence, Agbereye Quarters, Ayakoromo.

Mr. Garuba O. Disi, the first son of the deceased, and Hon. Ebisinne Koffe Amasuoma, invite friends, relatives, and well-wishers to join the Agbereye and Amasuoma families of Ayakoromo to pay their last respects and celebrate the life of their beloved father.
